I went in to LOOK. I saw this cute little Pomski. Always wanted a Pomski but they are so expensive. She talked me into applying. Linda was very helpful and was so positive from the beginning. I wasn’t exactly denied but I didn’t see it happening but then Jamie got involved. She helped train Linda in how to get me approved for my dream puppy and extra stuff he will need. Together they became one team and helped me get what I wanted. I now am a happy pet owner of a designer dog. His already spoiled rotten. They even let us hang out with him till they closed!!! They did great but I have to also say that Pet City has grown. The staff are more knowledgeable and the animals are happy. It’s so great seeing where my puppy came from and proud of my decision. Thank you Linda and Jamie for helping me!!!

I quite literally can not say enough good things about this place! I just moved to Denver on a whim a few weeks ago- I kind of started to think I made the wrong choice because it seemed like every single establishment I went in the people were miserable and the environment was less than desirable. Amber changed that for me! She was so incredibly kind and genuine and made the whole entire experience of buying my puppy so enjoyable. I came in to pet city knowing exactly which puppy I wanted and Amber made sure I got to snuggle and play with him right away. She was so knowledgeable and helpful the entire process. The store is so clean and well kept, all of their animals are so loved and it SHOWS! The staff at Pet City truly changed my opinion on pet stores. I got the pleasure to speak with the owner too who was so sweet and gave me the opportunity to see my baby’s parents, how special! I can’t recommend this place enough and I’m so grateful for them. I’ve found my new best friend 🩵🐶

Pet City has always been a fun environment to be in. All the dogs and animals are always out on display. There’s a great selection of merchandise needed for if you have an animal. And I’m pretty sure they let you play with the dogs, I saw a family earlier in the pen enclosure playing with one of the pups! Overall I’d recommend Pet City.

Despite all the stigma of a pet stores and puppy mills. I decided to walk in and check it out and Immediately felt so welcomed. The staff is amazing they ABSOLUTELY love and take care of the animals. Kate welcomed me she was so knowledgeable in the animals taught me where the animals came from with the help of her manager. I highly recommend!!

Brenda and I had a wonderful experience with the Citadel Pet City Pet Shop in Colorado Springs thanks to Linda and Jamie for all of their kindness and help. Three years ago we bought the Tri-Color Toy Fox Terrier (Tigger) from there and now we picked up Faith our new little Sheltie. Faith decided to become a picky eater so Linda took the time to do a couple of zoom calls to go over feeding her with us before we came and picked her up, and Jamie assisted us the day that we did with a feeding in person. Now the little girl is home and has made a new best friend with Tigger and the two girls like running around in the yard together and playing tag. Thanks.

I loved this place we just went in to see the pups and play with them for a bit and came out with a beautiful and happy dalmatian. Jami was super helpful and really patient with us and did what was possible to take this new baby home with us. We really appreciate you and you have no idea how big taking this little one home with us meant to us. We enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere but Jami definitely went out of her way to help us.

This place! What an amazing experience. You could tell these puppies are so loved! I couldn’t help myself and got this little girl for my hubby for Christmas. He absolutely adores her. She is so sweet, happy, and most importantly healthy. They gave me info on the breeder, sire, and dame as well as all the certifications, standards, and guidelines the breeders need to adhere to. It made me feel confident I was making a well informed decision. Thanks so so much to Amber and Christa🥰 I appreciated the steps I had to go through. She was completely worth it!!!

My family and I recently visited around Christmas adopted these two beautiful pomskies! I wanted to give a special thanks to Jami and Chase, two of store representatives that assisted us. They were absolutely amazing and super helpful! The store was clean and well taken care of. All of the store representatives were super attentive to both their clientele, the puppies, and the birds. We got to meet the stores founders and they were super friendly and welcoming.

Great customer service. My kids and I decided to stop by and look at puppies. We met Taria, she was so happy and excited to show us a beautiful baby ferret. My kids were so happy. I walked in and I asked some questions about the puppies. I recently lost my beloved dog and even though I know I can not replace him, I always wanted a small dog. She introduced me to my new baby Bandit. It was love at first sight. The sole reason he is now part of the family is because she took her time to talk to us and understand what we wanted. My husband had a question about the breeder and she was able to show us the credentials. Not a puppy mill, but a local owner. Thank you so much. He is so loved by our family 💗

Walked in knowing it was time for a dog. Was planning on looking at the whole store before asking for a room to play with the puppy. Jamie the lady who worked there saw me staring at the cutest little fluff on 4 legs and talked me into viewing her. I'm glad Jamie stopped me there to view her before looking at the whole store. Our Berneydoodle is a perfect addition to my family. Shes only 9 weeks and can walk on a leash like a pro. Used Jamie's tips on potty training and sure enough they work!! This is the easiest puppy ever. They also have a deal where you get everything you need for the puppy that's included in the puppy cost. Loved my experience. My wife wants another one already.
